Introduction

Welcome to our Tech Affiliate Program! We're excited to collaborate with technology enthusiasts and professionals who are keen to promote our innovative tech services. This program rewards you for helping us grow and extend our technological footprint.

  • Open to individuals 18 years or older.
  • Participants must be from countries where affiliate programs are legal.
  • An active online presence (website or social media) focused on technology is required.

Commission Structure

  • Earn a 10% commission on sales via your referrals after we've received 70% of the project's total cost, ensuring commitment to project completion.

Payment Terms

  • Commission payments are issued through Payoneer, Wise, bank transfer, PayPal, or your preferred method, pending our approval.

Responsibilities of Affiliates

  • Promote our services using ethical marketing practices, ensuring accurate service representation and adherence to legal standards and our branding guidelines. Spamming, misleading claims, or deceptive practices are strictly forbidden.

Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to use our logos, trademarks, and promotional materials strictly for service promotion, following our brand guidelines. Modification of these materials requires our prior consent.

Termination

  • The affiliate agreement can be terminated by either party with written notice. Post-termination, affiliates must cease all promotional activities and remove our materials from their platforms.

Liability and Indemnification

  • Affiliates agree to indemnify our company against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their actions that breach these terms or arise from negligence.

Changes to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any moment. Changes will be communicated through email or our affiliate platform and are effective immediately, unless stated otherwise.
